How do I book a Mauritius airport transfer?

What is the fixed price from Mauritius airport to Grand Baie?
A private sedan transfer from SSR (MRU) airport to Grand Baie starts at €40 (around Rs 1,950) per vehicle, not per person. Family minivans and executive minibuses are also available.
Do you track flights if my flight is delayed?
Yes. We monitor your flight number and adjust the pickup time automatically. Up to 2 hours of waiting time after landing is included, so you never need to rush through customs.
Where do I meet my driver at the airport?
Your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name board at the SSR / MRU main exit area. You will receive exact meeting instructions when you book.
Are child seats included?
One child or booster seat is free per booking when requested in advance. Additional seats are €10 each.
Can I pay the driver in cash?
Yes. No prepayment is required. You can pay the driver in Mauritian Rupees (MUR), Euros (EUR), or US Dollars (USD) after your transfer. Mobile or card payment can be arranged on request via WhatsApp.
Is there a surcharge for night pickups?
A small night supplement may apply for pickups between midnight and 05:00 AM. The exact amount is confirmed in your WhatsApp quote.
Do you offer transfers for large groups or cruise passengers?
Yes. We provide family minivans (up to 5 passengers), executive 13-seater minibuses (up to 8 passengers), and larger coaches for groups, plus dedicated Port Louis cruise terminal transfers.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Yes. Free cancellation or changes are accepted up to 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Do you offer a discount for return transfers?
Yes. You receive 10% off return transfers when arrival and departure transfers are booked together.
